Ingredients
  

Cream cheese apple dip

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional, for a fall flavor
  • 1 tbsp milk to thin, if needed

Yogurt-based dip

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat or low-fat
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Cream cheese apple dip

  • In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  • If the dip is too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and chill (optional) for 10–15 minutes.
  • Serve with freshly sliced apples.

Yogurt-based dip

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill.

Notes

  • For a tangy twist, use 4 oz cream cheese and 4 oz plain Greek yogurt.
  • Add mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts on top for texture.
  • Make ahead and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
