1 sheet puff pastry thawed 6 oz Brie cheese rind on or off, as preferred ½ cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary optional Cooking spray or butter for greasing mini muffin tin
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan.
Cut puff pastry sheet into 24 equal squares. Press each square into a muffin mold.
Cut brie into small 1-inch cubes and place one piece in each pastry cup.
Spoon ~1 tsp cranberry sauce over each brie cube.
Place in oven for 12–15 minutes, until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with rosemary if desired. Serve warm.
These can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
Work with phyllo dough or crescent roll dough as a more affordable option.
