Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 6 oz Brie cheese rind on or off, as preferred
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary optional
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing mini muffin tin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan.
  • Cut puff pastry sheet into 24 equal squares. Press each square into a muffin mold.
  • Cut brie into small 1-inch cubes and place one piece in each pastry cup.
  • Spoon ~1 tsp cranberry sauce over each brie cube.
  • Place in oven for 12–15 minutes, until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle with rosemary if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • These can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
  • Work with phyllo dough or crescent roll dough as a more affordable option.
