Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 medium banana preferably frozen for creaminess
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter optional, for richness
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high for about 30–60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Use plant milk and maple syrup instead of honey.
  • Add a scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder to boost protein.
  • Add a small handful of spinach without changing the taste.
  • Use 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or 1/2 avocado if you don't have banana.
