- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 medium banana preferably frozen for creaminess
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter optional, for richness
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice cubes optional
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high for about 30–60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
