Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 medium apples Gala, Fuji, or Honeycrisp
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice to prevent browning
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Chop the apples or slice them about ¼-inch thick and use a small star-shaped cookie cutter to create festive apple stars. You can skip the star-shaped process.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the chopped apples with lemon juice.
  • Add the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries to the bowl.
  • Drizzle with honey or maple syrup (if desired) and gently toss to combine.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes for best flavor.
  • Garnish with mint leaves before serving.

Notes

  • Make it festive by cutting apples into star shapes using a mini cookie cutter.
  • Great for kids and adults — no added sugar needed if fruit is ripe!
  • Easily doubles for a larger crowd or potluck.
