Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium beet peeled and chopped
  • 2 medium apples any sweet variety, cored and chopped
  • 1 small carrot optional, for extra sweetness and nutrients
  • ½ lemon peeled and seeds removed
  • ½ inch fresh ginger optional, for a zing
  • ½ cup cold water adjust for consistency
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare all the ingredients.
  • Add beet, apples, carrot, lemon, ginger, and water into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Strain using a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag for smoother juice (optional).
  • Pour into glasses and serve with ice if desired.

Notes

  • Great for detox, digestion, and boosting energy.
  • Add a pinch of black pepper to boost absorption of nutrients.
  • For extra hydration, mix with coconut water.
