- 1 medium beet peeled and chopped
- 2 medium apples any sweet variety, cored and chopped
- 1 small carrot optional, for extra sweetness and nutrients
- ½ lemon peeled and seeds removed
- ½ inch fresh ginger optional, for a zing
- ½ cup cold water adjust for consistency
- Ice cubes optional
Wash and prepare all the ingredients.
Add beet, apples, carrot, lemon, ginger, and water into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain using a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag for smoother juice (optional).
Pour into glasses and serve with ice if desired.
