Basic Pornstar Martini
A sweet, fruity, and creamy Pornstar Martini cocktail with vanilla-infused vodka, passion fruit, and Prosecco on the side.

Ingredients
- 60 ml vanilla vodka
- 30 ml passion fruit liqueur
- 30 ml freshly squeezed passion fruit juice approximately 1 whole passion fruit
- 15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- A handful of ice cubes
- 1 fresh passion fruit for garnish
- A shot of chilled Prosecco optional
Instructions
- Cut the fresh passion fruit in half. Scoop out the seeds and juice from one half and set it aside for later garnish.
- In a cocktail shaker, add the vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, freshly squeezed passion fruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain the Martini into a chilled Martini glass using a fine strainer to remove any ice chips or fruit pulp.
- Cut a small slit in the other half of the fresh passion fruit and place it on the rim of the glass as a garnish.
- If you like, serve the Pornstar Martini with a shot of chilled Prosecco on the side in a separate glass. It's traditional to take a sip of Prosecco after enjoying the Martini to cleanse the palate.
