  • 2 ripe papayas peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or agave syrup adjust according to taste
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes optional
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Place the papaya cubes in a blender. Add honey or agave syrup to the blender for sweetness. Pour in the cold water.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  • Strain the papaya blend through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp or seeds if desired, or leave it unstrained for a thicker consistency.
  • Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes if you prefer a chilled drink.
