Lychee Juice to Brighten Your Days and Skin

I’ve been feeling a bit under the weather lately, and I’ve noticed that my skin looks a bit dull. However, no need to worry because I’ve got my secret weapon – lychees!

These little fruits are packed with a bunch of benefits: Vitamin C gives my immune system a boost and acts as a natural source of antioxidants to restore that healthy glow to my skin. This is exactly what I need to kick that under-the-weather feeling.

Orange Lychee Juice

One of my favorite ways to enjoy lychees is by indulging in some refreshing Lychee Juice. Sipping on some lychee juice always makes me feel better. Here’s how to make Lychee Juice:

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups fresh lychee peeled and deseeded
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1 tsp honey adjust to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Lime slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, bring 1/2 cup of water to a gentle simmer. Add half of the fresh mint leaves and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Allow it to cool and then strain the infused mint water into a bowl.
  • In a blender, combine the lychee, freshly squeezed orange juice, lime juice, honey, and the infused mint water. Blend until you achieve a smooth and flavorful mixture.
  • Transfer the lychee-citrus blend to a pitcher and add sparkling water. Stir gently to combine.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sparkling lychee citrus mixture over the ice.
  • Garnish each glass with lime slices for an extra burst of citrus.
