  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cups cold water or coconut water

  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions 

  1. In a blender, combine the diced dragon fruit and lime juice.
  2. Pour in the cold water or coconut water to the blender. Blend the mixture until smooth and well-combined.
  3. (Optional) For a smoother texture, strain the juice using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove seeds and pulp. This step is optional, you can skip it.
  4. Add honey to the mixture and adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
  5. Pour the chilled dragon fruit juice into glasses over ice cubes if desired.
  6. Add a touch of freshness by garnishing with mint leaves and enjoy.

Notes
